Question
:
Good Morning,
Would Council kindly provide some clarity around the scope of works, as below;
- Could Council provide clarity on the number of junctions in the scope. The pricing schedule provided nominates a total junctions count of 86 whereas the Relining List shows 213 junctions. Could Council please advise what is the correct number of junctions?
- In the scope document under section 3.1 it is stated that the scope entails 'verify the length and number of lateral connections', could Council please provide clarity around what is meant by the length of lateral connections. Is it the chainage along the sewer main?
- Could Council pleaser provide further information regarding the two DN300 AC sewer rising mains? If possible could Council provide the following information;
- Long sections
- Locality maps
- Maximum operating pressure and Internal Diameter
- CCTV reports, photos or CCTV footage if possible.
Kind regards,

1. 213 junctions identified and schedule has been updated. 8.0 Sewer Main Post Relining CCTV and Report quantities have also been updated. Note that not all sewer mains for relining has been CCTV’d and total number of junctions are subject to change.
2. 3.1 refers to ascertaining the number to junctions in the main and it’s length as required for the design of sealing of the junctions.
3. See attached plans. No CCTV inspection has been undertaken. Photos attached of one section of the rising main exposed at 280 Victoria
Street, Warwick. It can be assumed that most of the main is in similar condition.
