The floor plan will only be released to suppliers who complete and sign 'Part B. Attachment 1 - Deed of Confidentiality' and submit it to the Customer's Contact for countersigning. Customer Contact details can be found in Part A. Invitation to Offer.

The Meadowbrook office is 368m2, see item 1.2 of Part A. Invitation to Offer.

A site walkthrough is not available at this time as the site is under construction.

I'm looking for the document ITO Part B Appendix I – Floor Plan - This was not part of the download. We only got documents A-H

Good afternoon, are you able to assist with the followig questions:

a. Glass panels - Do you know how many are around the office to be cleaned (windows that border the office -external/internal windows that you look out)

b. How many of the offices have glass panels/doors

c.Size of the floor space - how many sq meters

d. Are the current cleaners cleaning after hours and approx how long is it taking them

Thank you for your questions.

a. Glass panels: using the floor plan as a guide we estimate ~27 bordering the office.

b. Glass panels/doors: estimated to be ~6 for the quiet rooms and first aid room.

c. Floor space: at this stage we can only provide the sqm of the office which is 368m2. We do not have floor space measurements for carpeted / vinyl / tiled areas.

d. This is a new site and there are no current cleaners. OIR requires cleaning to be completed after standard business hours, this information can be found in the tender documents.
