By issuing QED128586, the Department intends to establish a contract with a qualified Supplier to support an independent review of DoE’s manual payroll processes and the current Payroll System (The Solution Series – TSS) against current Queensland legislation and all relevant Enterprise Agreements (EAs). This review aims to provide assurance regarding the accuracy of payroll calculations.

The scope of this RFQ is the independent Payroll Operations Compliance Review, encompassing both manually processed and system-generated pay calculations. The review will assess compliance with all relevant Enterprise Agreements (EAs), industrial Awards, and Queensland legislative requirements.
