I am trying to download the information on the Kumbia Tuckshop but am unable to find tender docs on vender panel and e tender only directs you Vender Panel.

I refer to the Tender. you need to use e-tender to download the documents not vendor panel.

Please be informed that I successfully downloaded the tender documents through e-tender. There were no problems encountered during the download process. I am unaware of the difficulties you are experiencing in obtaining the tender documents.

It is important to understand that the Tender documents cannot be distributed to individual contractors via email, as the principle of probity in procurement stresses that all potential suppliers must have equal access to materials and information throughout the tendering process.

Consequently, you are required to access and download the tender documents through e-tender.
