1. Is Sam’s Reblocking & Construction Services a mandatory nominated subcontractor, and must its $155,600 excluding GST quotation be included in the tender price?

2. What builder registration or licence category is required of the head contractor?

3. Please identify the mandatory/pass-fail tender requirements, as these do not appear to be clearly marked in the response schedules.

4. Is attendance at the site inspection on 30 September 2026 mandatory?

5. Will all planning, building-permit and other Council-controlled approvals be completed before the contractor receives possession of the site?

1. Sam’s Reblocking & Construction Services has been identified as a preferred subcontractor for these works due to their specialist experience and familiarity with the project requirements. However, tenderers are not required to engage Sam’s Reblocking and may nominate an alternative subcontractor. Where an alternative subcontractor is proposed, the tenderer must provide details of the subcontractor for Council’s review (including references) to ensure the proposed works are delivered in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Please include your price, Sam's or other's, in the provided Fee Schedule under Item 5.

Yes all items are to be priced.

Can you confirm the temporary power requirement for the mowers and location for the generator?

It is assumed that the builder would arrange temporary power to complete their construction work and that the mower and irrigation would be connected to this temporary supply.

Confirm whether the builders is responsible for the power authority chargers and if the new power supply will be underground?

Council will pay the power authority chargers and the new power supply will be underground.
