Question:
Is Council open to the successful tenderer utilising a concentrated period of a couple of weeks following contract award to test all devices in succession, rather than ongoing month by month attendance throughout the year?

Afternoon,

At this stage Council would prefer it to stay split across months of the year and grouped locations. The administration load If they were all done at once would be an impact to support services in Planning and Regulations with the certification and Form 1 influx and also our Maintenance Scheduling team with the work order raising, purchase orders for repair and invoicing if all devices were completed in one go.
