The Balonne Shire is located in Queensland on the New South Wales border some 500 kilometres
from the east coast of Australia and has an area of over 31,000km2. A region of surprising diversity and unique attractions, the Balonne Shire is rich in native bird and animal life, wide open spaces, beautiful
waterways, and many historic buildings.

Balonne Shire Council is seeking to enter into a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Trade Services.

This Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers provides Council with a list of hire rates for Trades Services Contractors that may be available for work during the period. The contractor may work anywhere within the Balonne Shire Council on works organised by the Council. The contractor may be required to operate independently of, or with Council staff for periods of time throughout the year.

This Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers shall run for twenty-four (24) months with the option of an extension of up to twelve (12) months.

Suppliers who have already been appointed do not need to re-apply.

Submissions will be evaluated on price for the twelve (12) month term, experience, capability and ability to supply as per the requirements outlined and local supplier.
