Alternative tenders will be considered for this contract. The alternative tender is to be RPEQ certified and comply to all relevant standards and codes.

Good afternoon,

Can the client please provide a Bill of Quantities for this tender?

The tender drawings show two separate temporary bypass lines. As the existing lines are currently live, is there an opportunity to build the new reticulation mains off line, testing and then cut over without the need for bypass in construction?
