Question
:
Good afternoon,
ZDC Facility Services is preparing a submission for the DPI RFQ and intends to tender. Due to prior operational commitments, we are unable to attend the mandatory industry briefing in Toowoomba on 1 May 2026 in person.
Could you please confirm whether DPI can accommodate one of the following:
1. Virtual attendance via Teams or Zoom for the briefing
2. Access to the briefing materials, minutes and Q&A afterwards
3. A scheduled follow-up call with the procurement officer to cover any site-specific matters
We’re fully committed to this tender and want to ensure our submission remains compliant. A response before the 2:00 PM Thursday 30 April deadline would be appreciated.

:
Good afternoon,
Thank you for expressing your interest in RFQ DPI26118. We appreciate your commitment to submitting a compliant and competitive offer.
As outlined in the Request for Quote (RFQ) documentation, attendance at the mandatory industry briefing/site visit is to provide all suppliers with an equal opportunity to physically inspect the grounds and gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of services.
Unfortunately, virtual attendance via Teams or Zoom is not possible for this site visit, as it involves a physical walk around the grounds.
In response to your other queries:
Access to briefing materials, minutes, and Q&A: A summary of key questions and answers will be issued as an Addendum Clarification after the session.
Follow-up call with the procurement officer: Any questions regarding this request for quote need to be submitted in writing either to procurement@dpi.qld.gov.au or via VendorPanel.
