Question:
Mandatory Requirement M1 – Evidence

Part A, Section 1.4 lists examples of evidence for M1: CRICOS/ESOS registration experience with Australian education providers, an existing production PRISMS integration, or a documented technical approach confirming CoE issuance and reporting capability. Could UniSQ please confirm:

(a) whether each example is independently sufficient to satisfy M1. For example, will a detailed documented technical approach, without an existing Australian production deployment, be assessed as meeting M1 if it clearly shows the required capability?

(b) whether M1 can be satisfied where CoE issuance and PRISMS reporting are performed through UniSQ's existing student management system (or another existing UniSQ system), with the proposed solution providing the required data, workflow and integration to that system;

(c) which system UniSQ currently uses to create CoEs and report to PRISMS; and

(d) whether M1 evidence may be provided by a nominated partner or subcontractor forming part of the Supplier's Offer.

Question:
Can you please clarify this language in the Evaluate stage for CRICOS/ESOS registration. In section '4. Evaluation' it states that this registration needs to be current however most technology providers and system intergrators do not have this registration. I also see you listed "Complies / Does not comply - [Insert evidence: e.g. current CRICOS/ESOS registration experience, existing production PRISMS integration, or documented CoE issuance and reporting ]" Are you asking whether the SI or the Technology company has worked with other universities and therefore have experience dealing with organisations that have this registration? And without this experience we would be qualified out of the submission? Thank you!
