What the buyer is requesting
Details
The Contractor shall supply, install, connect, test and commission a new 14 kVA standby generator, complete with a suitably rated Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and all associated electrical and ancillary works required to provide a complete, compliant and fully operational automatic standby power system.

The works shall be submitted as per a fixed lump sum The Contract shall be undertaken on a Fixed Lump Sum basis, with the Contractor agreeing to complete the full scope of works in accordance with the Contract specifications and all other contractual requirements for the agreed Fixed Lump Sum Contract Price. The Contract Price shall be deemed to include all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision, overheads, profit and all other costs necessary for the proper completion of the Works.

The Contractor shall allow for all minor and incidental works reasonably required for a complete installation, whether specifically identified in this scope or not.

Projected to be completed by end of December 2026.

Subject: RFQ260254 – RFI 001 – Missing Technical Specification

We refer to RFQ260254 – Supply and Install of 14 kVA Standby Generator at DUA SES.

Section 1, page 3 of the Request for Quotation references the following document:

Attachment A – 102751 – DUA SES Facility Generator – Electrical and Installation Specification.

This document does not appear to have been included in the tender documentation available to us.

Could Council please provide a copy of this specification, including any associated drawings, electrical schematics and installation details, to allow us to accurately assess and price the required works?

We would appreciate receiving the information as soon as possible to enable preparation of a compliant quotation prior to the tender closing date of 4 November 2026.
