Can you please clarify specification for Geosynthetic clay liner kg/m2 of bentonite (4.2/4.8/5.4kg/m2/standard) and thickness of HDPE (1.5/2/2.5/3mm standard), also roll lengths and widths required.1.2/2.2/3.8/4.8mx45m/70m rolls standard.

Just making sure that everyone is pricing the same product.

Thanks for your question, we are seeking a singular GCL liner with a PE layer included, rather than a separate GCL liner plus a HDPE liner. It’s also fair to say we are looking for rolls with minimum 3.5m width.

However, beyond those limited constraints, we’d suggest tenderers provide any and all products they have available and can offer that fall within those constraints.

ok so combined geotextile layer of 210g/m2 and bentonite layer g/m2 of 5500, with a woven geotextile layer g/m2 110 and hdpe membrane thickness of 0.20mm, roll widths are to be 3.5m wide and 15m long all together in one roll.

Yeah that seems within the parameters so will be accepted and assessed (against other tender offers received).

can you please provide physical composition or particle size of the tailings, is it similar to road base.

General particle size of tailings is = sand down to silt/clay.
