Appendix A provides details of the Cell 1 design. Does Council have a plan of the proposed Cell 2 and 3 footprint?

As contained within the Appendix B - Geotechnical Investigation Report Final, a concept design of the floor of Stage 1 has been prepared (Figure 1.1 Landfill Stage 1A). Whilst Cells 2 and 3 aren’t specifically identified, it is believed sufficient information is contained in this drawing to guide detailed design requirements.

Good afternoon,

On review of the request, there appears to be multiple contracts referenced as well as special conditions referenced which may or may not related to one of the three contracts or all three contracts (and no order of precedence):

1. General Conditions (cl 21) which has 16 clauses;

2. A Purchase Order that is referenced (which may or may not have terms);

3. Contract which is capitalised though not defined but references the AS4122 (which may or may not have amendments); and

4. Special Conditions.

Can Council please confirm which contract conditions are specifically relevant to this project?

The Scope of Works is to be undertaken under an agreement formed under AS4122. Any conditions of contract will be incorporated into this Agreement.
