What the buyer is requesting
Details
Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for SOA ITO No. QG-PSC2026-4 to provide Executive Recruitment Services for roles classified at the Senior Executive Service (SES) levels SES 2 to SES 4 (and equivalent), as well as Chief Executive (CE) roles.

The Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) will consist of three categories of service, as follows:

1. Executive Recruitment Services

2. Chief Executive Recruitment Services; and

3. Services stipulated under “selection and assessment (including scribing services)” component only for roles which are not classified as Senior Executive Service (SES) or Chief Executive (CE) roles.

Suppliers are required to be willing and able to provide the full, end-to-end suite of services required under the SOA to apply, as specified in Part B: SOA Details
