CQUniversity is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced engineering consultants to undertake a dilapidation report and structural assessment of Building 19 at the University’s Rockhampton North campus. The building has been absorbing water, through both the roof beneath the plant deck and through the masonry walls. The successful consultant will be required to undertake an investigation and report, and propose solutions to rectify.
