Question:
Hi,

Are you able to provide additional information on the range and payload you would require and number of aircraft you expect to utilise? Is 24/7 availability required?

Do you wish to wet lease the aircraft with crew or a combination of civil & police crews? Is there a requirement for 2 crew operations?

Will you require training and checking of the flight crew and management of the aircrafts airworthiness and maintenance scheduling?

What types of aerodromes are you seeking to access with these aircraft?

Are there any special CASA approvals that would be required for the types of equipment carried?

Any other special or pertinent information would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Question:
Please advise if there is anything a potential supplier to the ITO needs to undertake prior to 28 August 2025 at 5pm.

The front page of the Forward Procurement Notice indicates -

"To be eligible for consideration, you must finalize and submit this response online via Vendor Panel before the 28/Aug/2025 05:00 PM E. Australia Standard Time"

Answered on 28/Aug/2025 06:37 AM:

Good morning, William

No, potential suppliers are not required to undertake anything prior to 28 August 2025.

The Forward Procurement Notice is for the sole purpose of advising industry of an upcoming tender opportunity.

The wording "To be eligible for consideration, you must finalize and submit this response online via Vendor Panel before the 28/Aug/2025 05:00 PM E. Australia Standard Time" is system generated and somewhat misleading in this case.

Thank you for seeking clarity.
