Morning Rebecca, you are required to submit an offer based on the EoW however you can also submit an alternative offer as well.

Good Afternoon,

The architectural plans Cover Sheet A00.01 reference a Soil Classification Report completed by Douglas Partners Sept 2020, however this was not supplied in the Tender Documents.

Can this please be provided?
