This tender is for the establishment of a panel of pre-qualified suppliers / contractors for the undertaking Minor & Major Civil Works at various locations within the MidCoast Council Local Government Area as part of Council's operations. This contract is to compliment Council's various panel contracts to enable Council to implement its Delivery Program and Operational Plan effectively.

Works shall include but not be limited to; bulk earthworks, construction of road pavement, stormwater drainage, concreting works, sediment and erosion control, landscaping, retaining walls, fencing, and signposting.

Council invites tenders for MCC-26-334204 for undertaking Minor & Major Civil Works at various locations within MidCoast Council for a period of 3 years with two 12-month options that can be activated by Council.

Works shall include but not be limited to:

• Bulk and minor earthworks, excavation, filling, grading and compaction;

• Construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of road pavements, including select

pavement repairs, gravel resheeting, shoulder repairs and asphalt or bituminous surface

resurfacing;

• Stormwater drainage construction, repair and replacement, including pipes, pits, culverts,

headwalls, table drains and drainage outlets;

• Concrete works, including kerb and gutter, footpaths, shared paths, access ramps,

driveways, vehicle crossings, slabs and minor concrete repairs;

• Installation, maintenance and removal of erosion and sediment controls; landscaping and

site rehabilitation, including topsoiling, turfing, seeding and revegetation;

• Construction and repair of minor retaining walls; installation, repair and replacement of

fencing, gates and bollards;

• Installation and replacement of signposts and signs, and associated pavement marking;
