Details
To procure a modern recordkeeping solution that enables the efficient and compliant management of Queensland Treasury’s records. The solution should manage physical records while enhancing the default functionality of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—specifically in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Exchange Online—to provide expanded capabilities for sentencing, disposal, tracking, and protection of electronic records, as well as improved physical records management and overall information management enhancements.

The new solution should be ready to begin tracking records by 30 March 2026.

Hi,

In completing this RFQ it states:

"Supplier must complete and comply with the attached Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct 2023 declaration (Attachment 1) ".

We have not been able to find an attachment 1 within the response package. Can QT confirm if they are referring to this document? https://www.forgov.qld.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0023/245732/Supplier-code-of-conduct-formal-declaration-template.pdf

If so can QT confirm this document is required to be completed and submitted with the response? If so, is it possible to get an editable version of this to complete?
