Question:
It is our intention to provide a response to this tender however could we please request clarity on the following;

Can we please get confirmation that the evaluation criteria requirement for applicable PQC rating MRV $85m is applicable only at the time of finalizing a contract value for the construction and is not a pre-requisite requirement for the initial EOI.

The PQC rating will be applicable to the final agreed contract sum as part of the RFT process and is not specific to the current EOI phase.
