Question:
Question 1

The Specification includes ties and scarves as part of the corporate uniform range; could Council please clarify whether these items are to be off-the-shelf or a custom design? If a custom design is required, can you provide the relevant artwork or specifications?

Question 2

Section 4.3 of the Specification refers to logo embroidery on corporate and workwear uniform items. Could Council please clarify which garments require logo embroidery? Are logos required on upper garments only, or are lower garments also required to be decorated? If successful, will the supplier be provided with a branding guide or logo placement schedule?

Answered on 17/Jul/2026 11:30 AM:

Answer 1: It is anticipated any ties or scarves included in the corporate uniform range will be off-the- shelf – dependent on whether a suitable colourway is available that fits with the corporate palette.

Answer 2: Currently, the majority of corporate uniform garments require logo embroidery – both upper and lower garments. This may be reassessed if the current uniform range is reviewed/revised.

Logo embroidery is required on workwear garments for all upper garments only (including coveralls and overalls), beanies and broad brimmed hats.

The supplier would be provided with the approved logo range and placement requirements.
