Can the proposal be submitted in USD currency?

USD would be the norm for a bid of these services considering country of origin of most of the parts.

RFP 3.4 says "Ensure any pricing information specified be expressed in Australian dollars and include the exchange rate used if relevant."

1.Re: Purchase of 5 new B360 King Air- please advise expected delivery schedule

2. Spare engines: not mentioned in the EOI information. Please advise if there is an intention to procure a spare?

3. Mission profile: QGAir provides aeromedical retrievals, passenger transport, search and rescue, cargo transport and law enforcement tasking. what is the percentage of utilization for each type of mission?

4. Do all aircraft have (or will have) installed FAST boxes at start of agreement?

5. based on laytest utilization data, the totals (hours and cycles) have decreased in 2025 as compared to 2024. Is the 2025 average expected to be the baseline for future operation?

6. The list of PT6-equipped aircraft totals 8, however, the EOI indicates only 7. Is the 8th aircraft one of the new acquired? In other words, how do we get to the 26 engines mentioned in the EOI and what information do we have for each one of them?

1. The 5 x B360 King Air have been delivered and are operational.

2. QPS does not currently hold spare engines.

3. (Fixed Wing data only) Passenger transport 70%. Law enforcement 25%. Remaining 5% split between other activities.

4. Yes, all aircraft are fitted with FAST boxes.

5. The current utilisation figures as not as planned due to crewing and operational restrictions. Please use the 2024 figures.

6. The 8 Fixed wing aircraft consist of 6 B3600’s and 2 C208’s as listed. The initial EOI did not include B350 MSN FL-461. Total of 14 PT6A engines. We also have 10 PT6C engines.
