Hi, I would like to request clarification on the following please:

1.Within the pricing schedule, Gatton Police station has a comment highlighted in red, “remove vehicles and WH sections if this option is selected” could you please clarify this meaning?

2. Regarding the cleaning and vehicle washing requirements, there appears to be inconsistencies between the scope descriptions and the pricing schedules. For example

Goondiwindi Police Station

o The specification notes 6 hours per day (including car cleaning), which aligns with the schedule of 5 days / 30 hours per week.

o However, the pricing schedule separately requests rates for vehicle cleaning activities.

Could you please confirm whether the vehicle cleaning is intended to be included within the 6 hours per day, or if it should be priced as an additional service outside of the 30 hours per week?

Warwick Police Station and Watch-House

o The specification indicates 6 hours per day for general cleaning plus 2 hours per day for car washing, which would total 40 hours per week.

o The pricing schedule, however, lists 5 / 36 for general cleaning.

ould you please confirm whether the total weekly hours should be 36 or 40, and whether the car washing hours are to be included within or in addition to the general cleaning allocation?

Clarification on these points will ensure our pricing submission accurately reflects the intended scope and deliverables.

3.Also, within the pricing schedule for Goondiwindi Police station, Rows 13 and 14. Item 1.4 (exterior car washing) columns D to G are split into two portions for the pricing component, should we only fill in one section and leave the other as is?

Thank you for your enquiry. Please see response below:

1. Please provide a price for 3 hours per week of cleaning (Watch House , Vehicles or Additional Station Cleaning) and complete the table below. The Customer will determine the most appropriate response to evaluate and ensure that all quotes are treated the same. This highlight note in red is to ensure this section is reviewed consistently across the responses based on the approach taken.

2. Goondiwindi Police Station : Hours provided are indicative. The Customer is seeking to include the items 1.1,1.2 and 1.3 in the General Cleaning. To ensure completeness of quote and prevent multiple approaches to market, pricing is sought for these items as a separate item above the General Cleaning. Operational factors may result in the Supplier not meeting vehicle cleaning within the scope of General Cleaning timeframe and the Customer seeks a price to understand costs involved.

2. Warwick Police Station and Watch-House: Indicative hours should be 30 hours for General Cleaning and 10 hours for vehicle cleaning. As above, a price should be included for each of the tasks to enable the Customer to understand costs and select the best approach.
