Sutherland Shire Council (SSC) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced person(s), firm or entities for appointment of a single Principal Contractor to provide concrete footpath grinding and Ancillary Services, on an as-needed basis, within the boundaries of the Sutherland Shire Local Government Area (LGA) as the Principal Contactor.

This RFT applies to concrete footpaths only. Pavers, asphalt, shared paths, kerb and gutter, driveways and decorative finishes are excluded.

This specification details the provision of concrete grinding to SSC’s footpath assets. The scope of work comprises of creating a safe pedestrian thoroughfare by grinding displacements in concrete footpaths. The displacements range between 5mm to 30mm in height.
