The Charters Towers Region is a local government area in North Queensland, Australia southwest of, and inland from the city of Townsville, based in Charters Towers. Established in 2008, it was preceded by two previous local government areas which dated back to the 1870s.

Tenders must be lodged either electronically through VendorPanel or by placing them in the tender box located at Council’s Administration Centre, 12 Mosman Street Charters Towers prior to 3:00pm on Wednesday 3 June 2026.

Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
