Wet Hire of Operator and/or Grader for Final Trim
The Final Trim Grader Operator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality road construction and maintenance services. This position requires highly specialised skills in precision grading, working to tight tolerances, and ensuring the final surface meets stringent specifications. The operator must be proficient in using advanced UTS-guided grading systems and have extensive experience in final trim operations under varied terrain and environmental conditions.
The grader operator will be responsible for performing precise grading operations using UTS, with a strong focus on the Trimble system utilised by RoadTek. They must maintain high efficiency to meet demanding project schedules while adhering to TMR and FNQROC tolerances. The operator will safely navigate machinery in confined spaces, ensuring safe operations near traffic, and demonstrate a solid understanding of material types and their applications.
Additionally, they will be accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of RoadTek-supplied plant and equipment (if applicable). Effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions are essential to contribute to the successful delivery of the civil project while upholding safety and quality standards.

Week 1: Monday to Saturday and Week 2: Monday to Friday.
Work hours - 06:30 - 17:30 (06:00 - 18:00 if necessary)
