Details
Swan Hill Rural City Council (Council) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to construct new footpaths on Palmer Street and Bright Street in Woorinen South and in front of the Shine Bright Woorinen South Kindergarten.


This project is tendered as two (2) separable portions. Tenderers may submit a quotation for one or both portions. While Council encourages submissions for both portions, it reserves the right to award the contract for one or both portions, either to a single tenderer or to separate tenderers.

Note: Award of Separable Portion 2 will be subject to available budget.

By investing in footpaths, the Council helps elevate the overall quality of life for residents. As part of the Missing Link Footpath Construction Strategy, Council has recognized the need to construct new footpaths at Bright Street and Palmer Street in Woorinen South.


The key objective is to enhance pedestrian safety, improve drainage, and promote accessibility within the community.
