1. The primary objective of this procurement is to establish an enterprise Test Orchestration capability, including the Test Orchestration Platform, implementation services, and associated support services. However, suppliers may propose solutions that enhance, retain, integrate with, or replace existing testing domain capabilities and supporting technologies, including Test Data Management capabilities, where this demonstrably improves business, technical, or operational outcomes. WorkCover Queensland will evaluate such proposals as part of the procurement process.

2. WorkCover Queensland is seeking a Test Orchestration capability that provides enterprise-wide visibility, reporting, governance, traceability, and release assurance. Suppliers may propose reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and metrics capabilities either as part of the Test Orchestration Platform or through integrated solutions where these support the required capability outcomes. WorkCover Queensland will assess proposed approaches as part of the evaluation process.

3. The proposed solution is expected to support orchestration, visibility, governance, and coordination of testing activities across environments. Environment management forms part of the broader capability requirements, however WorkCover Queensland isn’t looking for a solution for testing environment management in isolation, but rather suppliers may propose capabilities that enhance or improve existing testing practices where they support the intended Test Orchestration capability outcomes.

4. WorkCover Queensland is not specifically seeking standalone Test Data Management services or dedicated Test Data Management resourcing through this procurement, but suppliers may propose technical solutions which complement the mandatory procurement outcome of the provision of a Test Orchestration Platform together with implementation, integration, transition, and support services.
