The Queensland Parliamentary Service (QPS) is seeking offers from suitably qualified vendors to replace its existing ageing Video Broadcast Production and Core Systems platform. The current systems are nearing end-of-life and require replacement to ensure continued reliable operation and to leverage modern broadcast technologies. The solution should provide a robust and scalable infrastructure for broadcast production, back-up recordings, and distribution of parliamentary proceedings and related content.

The project's scope includes the supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a new Video Broadcast Production and Core Systems Platform, along with ongoing Support Services. The platform must support the following functionalities: Broadcast Production, Core Systems, Integration, Training and Support.
