Council intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a broad range of planned preventative

and reactive building maintenance services across approximately three hundred (300) Council buildings and facilities located throughout the

municipality.

The anticipated scope will encompass a diverse range of building services and asset types, including electrical, mechanical, fire

protection, hydraulic, security, vertical transport, doors and access systems, kitchen and catering equipment, height safety

systems, aquatic plant and general building fabric and associated services.

The successful service provider will be expected to provide an integrated maintenance service incorporating preventative

maintenance, reactive maintenance, quoted and minor capital works, statutory and compliance-related maintenance, help desk

services, asset information management and associated reporting and contract administration.
