The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Block A Roof Replacement at Noosa District SHS (Pomona), located at 120 Summit Road, Pomona QLD 4568, as part of the Direct program.

The existing building is a single story, containing amenities and staff rooms. The position of the building is at the rear of the school, neighbouring onto the oval with good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
