In relation to your queries -

- Chemical names are accurate. As previously mentioned, council is not requesting for a current proprietary product, Council is requesting for the supplier to provide pricing of their proprietary product. As stated within the Scope- Deliverables are not limited to the products and services listed. Any product or service that falls within the Category heading may be provided under this Arrangement. Eg – Coagulant, flocculent, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment.

- Indicative Annual Quantity have been provided for most products. Indicative Annual Quantity Aluminium Chlorohydrate (ACH) Warwick WTP = 8 Tanker loads @ 38,000 litres. All other products without Indicative quantities, will be treated as per requested.

- Providing SDS for current product would have the potential of release information of the proprietary products from competing suppliers. Any information is considered commercial in confidence and as stated in the Scope council is requesting SDS from the supplier for submitted products.

- At this stage, a site visit is not required. Council intent is to create a list of suppliers and products and will be evaluated as per the Evaluation Criteria.

Question:
Could you confirm what Aluminium Chlorohydrate Anionic Flocculent (Secondary Coagulant) Warwick WTP is? Typically ACH is cationic. I am not sure if this chemical is specific to your operation.

Aluminium Chlorohydrate Anionic Flocculent (Secondary Coagulant) is used as a coagulant enhancer, floc enlargement, used to remove colour and turbidity.

Blend of alkaline salt and anionic flocculating agent.

Question:
In order to give accurate pricing, could you please provide indicative annual quantity for those items currently blank on the Pricing Schedule.

See attached Schedule I Pricing v0.2.

However as previously mentioned some products are as requested as we are not currently using them. But have potential to be required if circumstances change.

Question:
Is it a requirement that the supplier should able to provide all the line items in the addemdum Schedule 1 . Can a supplier get qualified if they do not submit a repsonse to all the line in the excel sheet ?

No, you can price all lines or one line.

You will not get disqualified for not pricing all lines.
