Servicing is Monday - Saturday with the occasional Sunday or additional cleaning requested due to major events.

Details
It is expected that Contractor will operate their business within the full and correct legislative framework provided.

It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain and hold all relevant and necessary licenses pursuant to operating cleaning services under this agreement. Evidence of compliance with specific legislation may be required from time to time (e.g. Goods & Services Tax, Equal Employment Opportunities, Superannuation Guarantee, Apprenticeship Schemes, Public and Product Liability Insurances, etc.)

Goodmorning,

Just letting you know that your document titled: Mandatory Submission Document refers to Required Fire Protection Servicing across all Tamworth Regional Council aquatic facilities. under section 3. Capability, Methodology and Demonstrated Understanding.

I assume this should read "Cleaning Services". Just bringing it to your attention in case it causes any contractual confusion.

Thank you Mark for bringing this to my attention. Yes, it should state "Cleaning Services at Tamworth Sports Dome" instead of "Required Fire Protection Servicing across all Tamworth Regional Council aquatic facilities".

I will make those changes to the document.

Tender Clarification Request

The scope of works includes the daily restocking of consumable items throughout the facility.

Can you please confirm whether the successful contractor is required to supply the consumable items, or whether these will be supplied by the Principal?

If the contractor is responsible for supplying consumables, could you please provide historical consumables usage data (preferably for the previous 12 months) to enable from our end to accurately estimate consumption levels and price the contract accordingly?

The consumables are supplied by the Principal. Stock will be monitored by the successful contractor, and an order form will be placed with the Principal when supply is required.

The provided excel "Cleaning_Scope_of_Works.xlsx" in sheet1 suggests a total of 37 hours/ week. Does this mean, the total cleaning hours is fixed and we putting our rates for those hours?

Good morning Suman,

The cleaning scope of works was provided to give suggestions of what would be required to be cleaned each week. Hours are not fixed. Any suggestion of hours is purely for example purposes.
