Suppliers are invited by the Principal to submit an offer to SOA Invitation to Offer No ZZ-RP122732 for the maintenance of Access Control Security, CCTV, Duress and Nurse Call Systems and Associated Goods & Services

The scope of the Invitation to Offer will cover the following requirements:

1): Equipment to be serviced by Contract

• CCTV;

• Electronic Access Control Systems;

• Duress and Intruder Alarms;

• Body-worn cameras;

• Nurse call systems;

• Ancillary equipment (e.g Nurse Call annunciator boards) and

• Related software.

• Related parts and consumables

(together, the “Equipment”); and

2): Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Emergency Call Out / Breakdown Services of Equipment.

Hi

Would you mind clarifying please, is this just for the testing of your existing Duress system? We supply wearable duress alarms, and bodycameras with duress, with monitoring and monthly testing. I had a quick look at the Duress document but it appears to be only testing. Is there any supply and monitoring of equipment in this RFP?

Thank you for submitting your enquiry. This ITO is just for the maintenance (preventative and corrective) and servicing of the customers current equipment, this may involve replacing equipment when required.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your enquiry and the interest in tender. Unfortunately, as this tender is open to multiple customers from different hospital and health services and there is no uniformity across them I am unable to give you the brands/manufacturers.

For this reason we are asking for an hourly rate of the technicians and if a supplier is successful on becoming a panel member for the tender, the customer can then provide an equipment list.
