This ITO seeks to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) capable of delivering culturally safe, flexible, and industry-aligned vocational training for participants engaged through the Deadly Start programmes. The panel will ensure consistent access to high-quality RTO services that support programme delivery across metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote settings where the Customer operates.

Question:
Clarification is requested regarding the scope of delivery under this ITO. The documentation appears to indicate that the delivery is limited to qualification-based training and does not include standalone short courses delivered as individual units of competency or High Risk Work Licence training. Confirmation is sought on whether standalone short courses or High Risk Work Licence training are within scope, and if so, which courses or licence classes may be included in a proposal.

MNHHS confirms that the scope of MNHHS200078 is limited to the delivery of nationally recognised qualifications as outlined in Part B – Customer Requirements. Standalone short courses delivered as individual units of competency and High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) training are not within scope for this ITO.

Only the qualification streams listed in Sections 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of Part B are eligible to be included in an Offer.

All other terms and conditions of the Invitation to Offer remain unchanged.
