The North Burnett Region is a local government area in Queensland, Australia in the northern catchment of the Burnett River. Established in 2008, it was preceded by several previous local government areas with histories extending back to the early 1900s.

North Burnett Regional Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit an Offer for the delivery of road restoration works associated with December 2024 and March 2025 disaster events under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).

The works comprise the restoration of eligible damaged road infrastructure throughout the North Burnett local government area, as detailed in the Construction Specification and associated Bill of Quantities.

The procurement is divided into the following Separable Portions:

• Separable Portion A - December 2024 REPA Road Restoration Works

• Separable Portion B - March 2025 REPA Road Restoration Works.

Tenderers must submit an Offer for both Separable Portions. Council intends to award both Portions to a single successful Tenderer under one contract, with separating pricing and financial administration maintained for each disaster event.
