Consultants for Engineering Projects (CFEP) new service category - Cost Management (CM) and enhanced category - Cost Estimating (CE) service.

We wish to clarify that this communication is not a call for tenders but an important update regarding the expansion of Consultants for Engineering Projects (CFEP) prequalification system. We’re introducing a brand-new service category entitled Cost Management (CM) and also enhancing our current Cost Estimating (CE) service. This update is driven by our commitment to increasing cost confidence in project estimates and subsequent approved budgets.

As part of this service expansion, we're looking for skilled Consultants with the proven experience and capability to offer the following services:

• Budget Performance and Cost Management - new service under Cost Management category

• Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis - new service under Cost Management category

• Concurrence Review - expanded service provision under existing Cost Estimating category
