The Office of Industrial Relations is seeking a capable and experienced supplier to provide cleaning services at its office located in Toowoomba, Queensland. The anticipated start date of the contract is 4 August 2025.

Any queries regarding this opportunity must be directed, in writing, to the Customer's Contact Person as detailed in item 1.14 of the 'Part A Invitation to Offer' document.

Please note: there is no site visit for this opportunity. We look forward to providing a submission that meets the needs of the OIR in Toowoomba. In the downloaded documents, there is no Appendix I for Part B with the Floor Plans attached. Can you please release this document for size and breakdown of the facility to provide services to.

Suppliers interested in responding to the Invitation to Offer must complete and submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement and the floor plan will be released. Please email the Customer's Contact Person (detailed in item 1.14 of the 'Part A Invitation to Offer' document) for a copy of the Deed of Confidentiality.

Note the Confidentiality Agreement required to be signed for the floor plan is not the document titled 'Part B Appendix D - Confidentiality Agreement'.

In the Invitation to Offer (ITO)

Part C: ITO Response Schedules, section 8. Price and payment terms reads "Suppliers are to complete Attachment 1: Pricing Response Schedule to provide details of the offer."

I don't see Attachment 1: Pricing Response Schedule in the downloadable items of the contract. There is a Part C - Attachment 2, but not Attachment 1.

Can you please provide access to Part C - Attachment 1.

in 2.3 of Response Schedules, it reads, “Attendance at the Site Visit on 19 August 2024” is a mandatory item, but section 1.5 reads:

“Site Visit :

Please note there is no Site Visit available for this opportunity as the site is currently under construction.

All Suppliers interested in responding to this opportunity will be required to complete and return a signed Confidentiality Agreement..

The Customer will forward the Suppliers who have completed the signed Confidentiality Agreement a copy of the site floor plan to facilitate the quoting process.”

Can you please confirm there is no mandatory site visit for this ITO.

In the Pricing Response Schedule, the is a column in the worksheets that as for an "Hourly Rate (Consumable Component). There is also a tab in the workbook to include cost for consumables required.

Can you please clarify what is expected to form part of the "Hourly rate (consumable component) in the Pricing response schedule?

The Pricing Schedule allow for suppliers to nominate a costing for each task with an hourly labour and consumable component. Materials/chemicals, equipment and administration to perform the task should be accounted for in the consumable component of the hourly rate.

The separate "Consumables" tab is for suppliers to price paper towels, hand soap, bin liners etc.

Is it possible to get total square meterage with square meterage of carpet / vinyl / tiled floors?

Additionally, is it possible to be provided the approximate number of people that will be working in the tenancy on a daily basis.

The total square meterage for the site is approximately 500 m2. We don’t have a breakdown of carpet vs tiles vs vinyl.

The office is designed to accommodate 38 people, but this will fluctuate based on flexible work arrangements and any meetings involving external parties.
