Hello,

Thank you for supplying the Addendum No. 1. Do you have a breakdown of how much of each type of flooring there is? Appendix 2 indicates the following flooring types: Vinyl, timber, tile, carpet, epoxy, and ceramic.

In Addendum No. 1, there are two columns titled ‘Leasable Storage m2’ and ‘Leasable Laboratory m2’. What are the floorings in these spaces and what kind of cleaning (if any) occurs in these spaces?

On the contact details 1.2.5 consumables, there is a list of items to be provided by supplier, and the cost of the consumables per month is to be included as part of the submission under 2.1 Price.

i. Paper hand towel

ii. Toilet paper

iii. Liquid hand soap

iv. Tablets/hygiene treatment for urinals

v. Air freshener

vi. All cleaning reagents, cleaning tools and utensils

vii. Bin Liners – for satellite bins and HD Black liners for larger bins

viii. Kitchen washing up detergent

ix. Dishwasher tablets

Can DPI please provide annual or monthly usage of each of these items for us to correctly estimate the cost?

What is the difference between Paper hand towel and multi-fold paper towel?

For paper hand towel the usage is 150,000L/M, can you please clarify what does the L/M mean?

Toilet paper, 8200 rolls, are these normal toilet rolls or jumbo rolls, how many sheets or meter per roll?

Bin liners, please confirm if there are any biodegradable bin liners and the quantity?

Dishwashing tablets, 3 x box, what is the size of the box?
