Question
:
There doesn't appear to be an online portal in which to write the responses? . Do we write the responses on response form 1 & 2 word docs and then upload those as our response to the ITO?
Answered on 07/Oct/2025 10:43 AM
:
That is correct. There is no online portal for entering responses directly into a system. As outlined in the Invitation to Offer (ITO) document, Section 1, item 2 - ITO information on pages 8 to 10, the responses should be completed using Response Form 1 and Response Form 2 (Word documents) provided, including Attachment 2 - Budget Submission template, and submitted via Vendor Panel.

Question
:
I am just reading through the tender request for the provision of services to prevent and minimise gambling harm in QLD's multicultural communities and I wanted clarify something. Is an organisation able to apply to provide the tender services in just one or two service regions or does it have to be for the entire six listed areas within South East Queensland e.g. Gatton etc? My reading of all the tender documentation has left me a little unsure about whether the Department would consider multiple service providers or whether they are looking for just one to be able to deliver/sub-contract to all areas.
Also, is the $450,000 per year for the entire south east or for the each of the six listed areas within South East Queensland?
Answered on 09/Oct/2025 03:33 PM
:
The Department is looking for just one service provider to be able to deliver/sub-contract to all areas, in proportion to each area’s respective community need.
Also confirming that $450k is for the entire south east.
