To whom it may concern,

Correct me if I am wrong, but the APPENDIX 1 SPECIFICATION document has not been provided with the document set. The document labelled RFT-LSC2026-016-Soda_Ash_Upgrade-Specification refers to the APPENDIX 1 document in its body (Section 2), but the appendix itself is absent.

Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

There appears to be a discrepancy between the deadline cited here in VENDOR PANEL, and the deadline cited on the council's website. Can you please clarify which is correct and amend the incorrect date to prevent confusion.
