The Murray River Council is a local government area located in the New South Wales Riverina region. It provides a range of important services for close to 12,000 residents across a land and service area spanning approximately 11,000 kilometers.

Murray River Council (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced engineering consultant to provide water treatment plant master planning, infrastructure options assessment, design services and construction tendering and technical support for projects at the Moama Water Treatment Plant (WTP).

The projects will be delivered as separate workstreams under a single consultancy contract.

Note that Council is seeking a single consultant to perform all three components of the engagement. A conforming tender will require pricing for all components.
