Details
Southern Downs Regional Council (SDRC) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Three (3) Large Mowers.

Two (2) to be delivered to the Warwick depot at Yangan Road Depot, Warwick and one (1) to be delivered to Stanthorpe depot at MacKenzie Street, Stanthorpe.

The machine shall meet the minimum specifications detailed in the Specification document.

After initial evaluation Council may request demonstrations from suppliers that have met Council’s specifications and general requirements.

In reference to request summary document, it only outlines 3 x Large Mowers. However in the pricing schedule and also the specifications documents it reflects 3 x large mowers, 1 x zero turn mower, and 1 x outfront mower. Can you please clarify if all sections are relevant?

The tender name is for the Supply and delivery of Three (3) large mowers.

The 3 mowers that make up this tender are:

Mower A - 4WD Wide Area Mower - 3.3m wide Cutting Width

Mower B - Zero turn mower - 60 inch cutting deck

Mower C - 4WD Out Front Deck Ride On Mower

The pricing schedule and specification spreadsheets have 3 worksheets, 1 for each mower (Mower A, Mower B and Mower C) to be filled out.

If offering multiple models for a either mower A, B or C, a separate pricing schedule and specification is to be filled out for each model offered.
