In relation excel file 26_27_63_Pricing Schedules 1-5 under Cell 24 Item T02.3 'Trade-In Credit for Existing Equipment' - the total Ex GST in Cell 31 and subsequently Cell 33 both add the trade-in value, rather than deducting this amount.

I note the excel file format is in 'editable' version, I wish to seek your permission to amend the excel file at the supplier end to ensure the trade-in value (if applied) is deducted from the total amount rather than adding to the total amount.?

Thank you for providing an updated Pricing Schedule separating the 'trade-in' credit, this is helpful.

We note that, subsequent to the release of the revised Price Schedule and following yesterday’s site visit, Addendum 3 has now been issued, requiring suppliers to provide both a 3-year and 5-year warranty option.

As the revised Price Schedule is password protected, there does not appear to be an option for suppliers to amend the warranty line item in Cell 18 (T01.2) to reflect the two different warranty outcomes requested under Addendum 3.

I note that the Excel format does allow for additional tabs to be added to the workbook.

With your permission, would it be acceptable for suppliers to include an additional tab outlining the 3-year and 5-year warranty options, together with the associated warranty costs for each option?

This would allow us to clearly and transparently address the requirements of Addendum 3 while maintaining the integrity of the provided Price Schedule.

Could you please confirm whether this approach would be acceptable for submission?

Yes, suppliers may include an additional worksheet/tab within the submitted Pricing Schedule workbook to detail the warranty options.

Please retain the original Pricing Schedule in its provided format and use the additional tab to clearly outline:

The proposed 3-year warranty option, including any associated cost implications; and

The proposed 5-year warranty option, including any associated cost implications.

This approach will enable suppliers to respond to the requirements of Addendum 3 while maintaining the integrity of the locked Pricing Schedule.

Please ensure that the information provided in the additional tab is clearly labelled and sufficiently detailed to allow for evaluation of the warranty options.
