Thank you for your query. AS4906 is a copyrighted document published by Standards Australia and is available for purchase through SAI Global or other authorised distributors. It is not provided as part of the tender documents, and contractors are expected to obtain their own copy for reference in preparing their submission and in carrying out the works

Hi GRC Team,

3 questions to be answered as per below please;

1) Can you provide more details about the ABB Fluoride instrument at the Goondiwindi WFP site? Is this an online process analyzer or a handheld lab instrument?

2) Will the swimming pool chlorine handheld meters be included this year? In previous years, the Goondiwindi, Inglewood, and Texas pools have required calibration on this annual service run.

3) Does GRC have spare parts and maintenance kits for the BLUE-I instrument? The instrument was made obsolete in 2022, and the factory stopped making parts in the same year.

1) Model AZTEC 600 - manual attached

2) The pool instrumentation is not included in this scope of works.

3) We are aware of the obsolete status of the Blue-I instruments and have no spare parts. We are working on replacing all our Blue-I’s and this one hasn’t been done yet.

Please note in Item 6.4.1 Instrument changes and additional works - some instruments may change or be replaced over the duration of the contract.

Question:
Hi GRC Team,

I'm looking for information on the ABB Aztec 600 Fluoride Analyser. Could you let me know if GRC has any current spare parts for this equipment?

Also, what was the date of the last service? Please understand that a different type of tubing is required for the two year service compared to the one year service, so having the last service date will help us determine what is needed.

My apologies, I have received updated information on the ABB analyser – we have one service kit and a new probe for the ABB Aztec 600 Fluoride analyser. It was last calibrated 2020.

Please include in your quote the replacement of all standard parts required for a standard service. If any additional parts are needed beyond that, we can address them as they arise.
