Question:
Hi,

Considering this most recent addendum issued and the possibility of future addendums to be issued and with a looming industry shutdown commencing on the 19th of December and restarting from the week of the 5th. is there a possibility this tender can be extended to after resumption in the new year. Tender would have to be finalized at prior to the shut down on the 19th to meet the tender submission time and with this new addendum along with the others to come there wont be sufficient tim in the next 7 days to send out, collate and assess the additional information requested.

its reasonable therefore to request additional time.

Hi Peter

Please note that the Evaluation Panel has considered your request, and due to the circumstances, the ITO Close Date has now been extended to Wednesday 7 January 2026 at 10:00am.
