Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There was a typo on the Attachment C tender form. The correct closing date is 22/09/2025, as stated in ITT Part A. We'll be issuing an addendum with a new Attachment C shortly.

Hi,

The ITT notes the site visit on the 25th @10am where as Attachment F "request to attend site visit" notes the site visit on Friday 15th August,

Hi,

CHQ have provided quantities for furniture items for us to include. I have carried out a check against the drawings and there appear to be a couple of discrepancies:

Medium meeting room has 6 chairs required these are not included in the schedule which only includes for 14no

Retreat 1 & 2 do not appear to have chairs allocated in the quantities.

Training room chairs their are 4 more included in the schedule than are shown on the drawings.

Can you confirm if you are happy for us to quote to the quantities in the schedule or allow for what is shown on drawings ?

This proposal will outline our suggested layout and design elements, which will then allow us to develop accurate construction cost estimates for your review.

Please let us know if you require any further information from our end to proceed with this, or if there are any specific aspects you would like us to focus on in the design. We are eager to move forward and ensure a smooth process for this project.

2. As a business, Total Fitouts South Brisbane is yet to complete any government instructions. Is there still a requirement to complete referees?

3. Total Fitouts South Brisbane is part of a Franchise system, can the examples of recent work be provided by members of the network?

5. Is there a specific platform that is required to be used to produce the GANNT chart or can we utilise our internal system, Buildxact?

RFI regarding the Electronic Strike units to doors, are they all individual and require a fire trip to each door or will they all go back to 1 control unit that we already trip or a new controller where 1 trip would release all doors with electronic strike units?
