Hello

Referenced Document: Appendix 1 Condition Assessment Report.

Numerical Page 33 (pdf page 56) of the cost plan C4: HVAC Works, identifies Scope for non-compliant areas. The value of this work is $90,000 + GST

The JN Building Ventilation Assessment identifies options for resolving areas which are expected non-compliant, however the actual scope of work is not defined.

Could you please confirm the scope of work to each area the $90,000 budget was based upon.

With regards to the pricing schedule, can teh Principal please confirm whether we are to include the costs for Tender Query responses, and construct support in the line item 3 - "construction Ready draiwngs & Specificions" or if tenderers are to insert a new line item 4 - "Tender/Consrtuction support services".

Alternatively, where these costs are to be included/shown.
