Specifically, this RFI is intended to:

• Gain insight into current market capabilities, solution architectures and emerging delivery approaches for automated tender-to-capability matching

• Inform the development of scope, requirements and evaluation approach for any potential future procurement activity

• Understand indicative pricing models and commercial approaches, sizing, implementation considerations and delivery models

• Understand how suppliers are addressing key constraints including data sovereignty, privacy, customer data handling, identity integration, and auditability

We are reviewing the Request for Information and would like to clarify whether [QUT] is willing to consider responses that feature a co-designed and composed AI automation solution.

Through our platform, we collaborate with clients/partners to compose a solution specifically tailored to your unique operational needs, rather than delivering a standard COTS or multi-tenant SaaS product. Could you please confirm if bespoke/co-designed platform solutions fall within the scope of acceptable responses for this RFI?
