Redland City Council (RCC) invites you to submit an offer for Request for proposal (RFP) 000084 - Fuel Free Zones and Roadside Mowing Services at Southern Moreton Bay Islands (SMBI).

Clarification closing date will be on 22 October 2026.

Industry Briefing and Site Inspections - to assist Respondents in preparing their proposals, an Industry Briefing and Site Inspections will be conducted on 14 October 2026 commencing at 1:00pm and will be held at Russell Island Recreation Hall, Russell Island, QLD. All attendees must register their interest to attend this session by emailing the Council Contact Officer at procurementtenders@redland.qld.gov.au no later than 12:00pm, 13 October 2026. For details, refer to Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.

Please read the documentation carefully and to submit an offer, please fully complete Part D – Response Schedules and submit your Proposal in accordance with Part A- RFP with closing date of 29 October 2026, 2:00pm AEST.
